Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs freshly lean ground turkey 99% fat free
  • 4 whole Jalapeno pepper minced
  • 2 whole Garlic clove minced
  • 4 slices white bread broen into 1/2" pieces
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup finely minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp finely minced fresh sage
  • 1 tbsp finely minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp finely minced fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flake
  • 1 tablespoon bottled horseradish
  • 1 tsp ground cloves

Instructions 

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend all of the ingredients very well. Shape into 2-inch patties. In a large skillet, sauté until well browned, turning frequently, about 8 to 10 minutes altogether.
