Silky Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 8 oz. silken tofu
- 8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips melted
- 2 teaspoons bourbon or orange liqueur
- Pinch salt
- Finely chopped chocolate for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Puree tofu in a food processor or blender until smooth, about 10 seconds.
- 2. Add melted chocolate, bourbon, and salt and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
- 3. Divide into serving dishes and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Garnish with finely chopped chocolate, if desired.
