Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 tsp coarse prepared mustard
  • 4 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • 4 slices Red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 tsp capers
  • 6 slices pumpernickel bread sliced thinly

Instructions 

  • Arrange the slices of smoked salmon on serving plate.
  • Thoroughly mix the sour cream, mustard, and dill in a small bowl, and spoon over the salmon.
  • Garnish with the onion slices and capers.
  • Serve, with the pumpernickel bread in a basket alongside.
