Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 tsp coarse prepared mustard
- 4 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 4 slices Red onion thinly sliced
- 4 tsp capers
- 6 slices pumpernickel bread sliced thinly
Instructions
- Arrange the slices of smoked salmon on serving plate.
- Thoroughly mix the sour cream, mustard, and dill in a small bowl, and spoon over the salmon.
- Garnish with the onion slices and capers.
- Serve, with the pumpernickel bread in a basket alongside.
