Tangy Peach Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 each 15 oz. can peaches, in juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups low-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup Fat free half and half
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup all-fruit apricot fruit spread or peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 each peach cut into thin slices (optional garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Drain peaches and place in a medium bowl. Mash into small chunks and sprinkle with sugar. Set aside.
- 2. Place yogurt, half and half, condensed milk, fruit spread, honey, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in mashed peaches.
- 3. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions until thick. Pour into a sealable container and freeze until firm, about 8 hours. To serve, scoop into small bowls or glasses and garnish with a peach slice, if desired.
