Teriyaki Steak Skewers

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup A-1 Steak Sauce
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 whole Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak-1 inch thick
- 2 whole green peppers cut into squares
- 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks
Instructions
- 1. Mix steak sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in bowl. Cut steak into chunks and; place in nonmetal bowl or plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup steak sauce mixture; stir to coat steak strips. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Alternately thread steak, peppers and pineapple onto 8 (12-inch) skewers.
- 3. Grill or broil kabobs for 4 to 6 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce mixture.
