8oz.dry zitior other large-cut tubular pasta, cooked and well drained
2c.low-fat cottage cheese
4oz.shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2c.2 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a 9-inch square baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Top with 1/4 of the pasta, a thin layer of tomato sauce, and dollops of 1/4 of the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the mozzarella cheese and 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce and cheeses.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly, cheese is melted, and top is lightly browned. Serve hot.
