Combine the remain ingredients together and mix well. Brush the mixture on one side of each cod steak. Place the steaks on a well-oiled broiler rack, so the pan is about 4 inches from the heat source. Broil for 5 minutes, basting once during the cooking period with mix. Repeat the same procedure for the other side of the steak.
Transfer to a warm platter. Serve with tiny boiled potatoes or chopped buttered spinach.
