Meat tenderizer and salt

cooking oil

chopped onion
Instructions
Sprinkle meat tenderizer and salt on steak. Dredge meat in flour.
Heat oil in heavy frying pan. When oil is hot, brown floured steak on both sides and remove steak from pan.
Reduce heat and add 2 tablespoons flour and a dash of salt. Stir into oil well. Brown flour and add about 1-1/2 cups water.
Return steak to pan and add chopped onion.
Cover with lid and simmer over low heat for 20 - 30 minutes. If gravy is too thick, add more water until desired consistency is reached.
