½whole lemonjuiced

Instructions
Toss radicchio, fennel, and scallions together in a large bowl until well mixed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to dress.
Whisk oil into mayonnaise in a small bowl, then add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
To keep slaw from getting soggy, dress salad just before serving -- pour dressing over slaw and toss to mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste and garnish with fennel tops.
