2bunch Fresh small scallionstops and bulb, 3" long, minced

Instructions
For 6 people, you'll want 2 to 3 cups of cooked fish or canned salmon or tuna, turned into a bowl and smartly flavored with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper, good oil, minced scallions or shallots, minced parsley, and fresh herbs such as dill.
Drain if juices accumulate, and fold with just enough mayonnaise to enrobe the fish.
