Ingredients
- 2 to 3 cups of cooked fish or canned salmon or tuna
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice to taste
- 1 dash salt to taste
- 1 dash pepper to taste
- 1 ½ teaspoon oil
- 2 bunch Fresh small scallions tops and bulb, 3" long, minced
- 1 teaspoons parsley minced, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Fresh dill chopped, to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- For 6 people, you'll want 2 to 3 cups of cooked fish or canned salmon or tuna, turned into a bowl and smartly flavored with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper, good oil, minced scallions or shallots, minced parsley, and fresh herbs such as dill.
- Drain if juices accumulate, and fold with just enough mayonnaise to enrobe the fish.
