Ingredients
  

  • 1 long loaf of french sourdough or italian bread
  • 1/2 cup butter at room temperature
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic minced

Instructions 

  • Mix together the garlic and butter until blended.
  • Split the bread in half lengthwise. Spread with the garlic butter. Place the loaf together again.
  • Wrap it in foil and bake for 15 minutes in a 450° oven. If you are barbecuing, place the wrapped loaf on the barbecue rack for about 15 minutes, turning once.
