Ingredients

butter or margarine

chicken broth

green bell pepper

shredded cabbage

peeled and sliced

medium carrots
peeled and sliced
Instructions
In a heavy soup pot, over medium heat, sauté onion, celery, and parsley in butter, but do not brown.
Prepare chicken broth as directed on package and pour into pot.
Add all other ingredients and season to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, covered, for about 40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Can be served with noodles if desired.
