Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later. We added a little powdered sugar to give it a sweet finish!
