Gordy's Fresh Orange Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup Fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 whole egg
- 1 ¼ cup frozen Westby Cranberries
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later. We added a little powdered sugar to give it a sweet finish!
