Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Soy Milk vanilla
  • ¼ cup Vanilla yogurt non fat
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon Honey strained/extracted
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetened dried coconut flakes package
  • ¼ teaspoon Fresh orange peel grated
  • each Fresh clementines
  • ¼ cup Fresh pineapple diced, extra sweet variety

Instructions 

  • 1. Pour soy milk, yogurt, orange juice, and honey into blender; blend briefly, about 5 seconds.
  • 2. Add coconut and zest; blend again briefly.
  • 3. Add orange segments and pineapple, blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • 4. Pour into glasses, garnish with orange slices, and serve.
