Instructions
1. Pour soy milk, yogurt, orange juice, and honey into blender; blend briefly, about 5 seconds.
2. Add coconut and zest; blend again briefly.
3. Add orange segments and pineapple, blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
4. Pour into glasses, garnish with orange slices, and serve.
