Ingredients
- ½ cup Soy Milk vanilla
- ¼ cup Vanilla yogurt non fat
- 2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice
- ½ teaspoon Honey strained/extracted
- 1 tablespoon Sweetened dried coconut flakes package
- ¼ teaspoon Fresh orange peel grated
- 2½ each Fresh clementines
- ¼ cup Fresh pineapple diced, extra sweet variety
Instructions
- 1. Pour soy milk, yogurt, orange juice, and honey into blender; blend briefly, about 5 seconds.
- 2. Add coconut and zest; blend again briefly.
- 3. Add orange segments and pineapple, blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- 4. Pour into glasses, garnish with orange slices, and serve.
