whole pineapple

whole lime

dark brown sugar

tsp
ground allspice
Instructions
Cut the pineapple lengthwise into quarters and remove the core.
Slice the flesh away from the skin. Cut into slices and arrange decoratively upon the skin.
Remove a few shreds of rind from the lime and then squeeze out the juice.
Sprinkle the pineapple with the lime juice and rind, sugar and allspice. Serve immediately, or chill for up to an hour.
