Pineapple Wedges with Allspice and Lime

Ingredients
- 1 whole pineapple
- 1 whole lime
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground allspice
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple lengthwise into quarters and remove the core.
- Slice the flesh away from the skin. Cut into slices and arrange decoratively upon the skin.
- Remove a few shreds of rind from the lime and then squeeze out the juice.
- Sprinkle the pineapple with the lime juice and rind, sugar and allspice. Serve immediately, or chill for up to an hour.
