Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground allspice

Instructions 

  • Cut the pineapple lengthwise into quarters and remove the core.
  • Slice the flesh away from the skin. Cut into slices and arrange decoratively upon the skin.
  • Remove a few shreds of rind from the lime and then squeeze out the juice.
  • Sprinkle the pineapple with the lime juice and rind, sugar and allspice. Serve immediately, or chill for up to an hour.
