Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 oz. pkg stuffing mix
  • 2 ½ lbs Boneless pork loin roast cut into bite–sized pieces
  • 1 each 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 16 oz. bag Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Instructions 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix according to package. Set aside.
  • 2. Mix pork, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a bowl. Transfer to a 9 x 13–inch baking pan. Top with stuffing.
  • 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through
