cut into bite–sized pieces

10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup

low-fat sour cream

16 oz. bag Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix according to package. Set aside.
2. Mix pork, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a bowl. Transfer to a 9 x 13–inch baking pan. Top with stuffing.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through
