Pork, Veggie and Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. pkg stuffing mix
- 2 ½ lbs Boneless pork loin roast cut into bite–sized pieces
- 1 each 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 16 oz. bag Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix according to package. Set aside.
- 2. Mix pork, soup, sour cream and vegetables in a bowl. Transfer to a 9 x 13–inch baking pan. Top with stuffing.
- 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through
