Instructions
Prepare pie pan with single pie crust.
Preheat oven to 425°.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Pour the mixture into the pie shell Bake 15 minutes at 425°, then reduce heat to 350° and bake about 45 minutes longer or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Serve with: Sweetened whipped cream
Serve with sweetened whipped cream and bourbon.
