1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with vegetable cooking spray.
2. Spread the minced garlic, salt and pepper on both sides of the salmon. Place the salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet. Lay dill sprigs on top of salmon. Sprinkle olive oil over the fish.
3. Bake the fish for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked through; the ends and sides of the salmon should flake easily. Sprinkle the salmon with lime juice and serve it with lime slices.
