Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb broccoli or enough for 8 people
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sesame seed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions 

  • Break broccoli into large florets and steam until just tender.
  • In another pan, warm the oil over a low heat. Add the seeds and toast until golden.
  • Toss the broccoli in the oil with the seeds, and season.
