Ingredients
- 2 lb broccoli or enough for 8 people
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sesame seed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Break broccoli into large florets and steam until just tender.
- In another pan, warm the oil over a low heat. Add the seeds and toast until golden.
- Toss the broccoli in the oil with the seeds, and season.
