Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare the corn bread batter according to the package instructions. Stir in the creamed corn and chopped jalapeño.
3. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top of the loaf springs back when touched in the center.
4. Spread honey over the top immediately upon removal from the oven. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
