1. Stir together lime juice, honey, vegetable oil and scallion in a large shallow baking dish. Add swordfish, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly brush grill with oil. Remove fish from marinade. Grill fish 4-5 minutes per side or until fish is cooked through. Top with peach salsa and serve.
