Ingredients
  

  • 4 swordfish steaks 6-8 ounces each
  • ΒΌ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Minced scallions
  • 1 cup peach salsa

Instructions 

  • 1. Stir together lime juice, honey, vegetable oil and scallion in a large shallow baking dish. Add swordfish, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly brush grill with oil. Remove fish from marinade. Grill fish 4-5 minutes per side or until fish is cooked through. Top with peach salsa and serve.
