½teaspoondried red pepper flakes
2tbsppeanut or vegetable oil
¼cupchicken broth
2tbspcreamy peanut butter
2tbspsoy sauce
3whole green onionscut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces
1teaspoonasian sesame oil
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
While noodles are cooking, cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and toss with garlic and pepper flakes. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken mixture and stir-fry until chicken is cooked through, about 3 minutes. Add broth, peanut butter, and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until peanut butter has melted and sauce has thickened. Add green onions, sesame oil, and drained noodles; cook and stir until heated through and noodles are coated with sauce (about 1 minute).
