Ingredients

fresh pineapple
peeled, cored, and cut into bite-size pieces

medium-size cantaloupe
cut into bite-size pieces

quart
blueberries
fresh or frozen, washed

ground cinnamon

frozen orange juice concentrate
defrosted Sugar or honey
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the fruit and toss gently.
In a small bowl, place the cinnamon. Add the juice, slowly at first, to make a paste, then slowly stir in the rest. Add sugar or honey to taste.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss well.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 to 3 hours. .
Remove and set aside at room temperature for at least 30 minutes; the fruit should not be ice cold
