Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium-size cantaloupe cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 quart blueberries fresh or frozen, washed
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate defrosted Sugar or honey

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, combine the fruit and toss gently.
  • In a small bowl, place the cinnamon. Add the juice, slowly at first, to make a paste, then slowly stir in the rest. Add sugar or honey to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss well.
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 to 3 hours. .
  • Remove and set aside at room temperature for at least 30 minutes; the fruit should not be ice cold
