Winter Fruit Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium-size cantaloupe cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 quart blueberries fresh or frozen, washed
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate defrosted Sugar or honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the fruit and toss gently.
- In a small bowl, place the cinnamon. Add the juice, slowly at first, to make a paste, then slowly stir in the rest. Add sugar or honey to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss well.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 to 3 hours. .
- Remove and set aside at room temperature for at least 30 minutes; the fruit should not be ice cold
