Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked lima beans
- 1/4 lb. salt pork cut into strips
- 1 large minced onion
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 2 cups drained cooked tomatoes
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp chili powder or pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Drain: 2 cups cooked lima beans.
- Add: 1/4 lb. salt pork cut into strips, 1 large minced onion, 1 tbsp molasses, 2 cups drained cooked tomatoes, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or pepper, 1 teaspoon salt.
- Bake these ingredients in a greased casserole about 1 hour.
