Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked lima beans
  • 1/4 lb. salt pork cut into strips
  • 1 large minced onion
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 cups drained cooked tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder or pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Drain: 2 cups cooked lima beans.
  • Add: 1/4 lb. salt pork cut into strips, 1 large minced onion, 1 tbsp molasses, 2 cups drained cooked tomatoes, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or pepper, 1 teaspoon salt.
  • Bake these ingredients in a greased casserole about 1 hour.
