Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 ¼ cup frozen Westby Cranberries
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later. We added a little powdered sugar to give it a sweet finish!
