Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp finely chopped fresh flatleaf parsley
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill chervil or tarragon
  • 1 lb 4 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature

Instructions 

  • Chop the herbs in a food processor, add the soft butter, and mix together.
  • Pack into butter molds or crocks.
  • Refrigerate up to 2 days. To keep longer, freeze. Bring to room temperature before using.
