Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 teaspoon onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup bouillon
- 1 to 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 oz thinly sliced roast beef
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Sauté sliced onion until golden.
- Sprinkle flour over onion and mix rapidly with a wooden spoon.
- Add bouillon and stir until boiling.
- Season to taste.
- Reduce the heat and add vinegar.
- Simmer about 15 minutes. Arrange thin slices of boiled or roasted beef.on a hot platter.
- Cover the slices with the above hot sauce and serve.
