Marinated Grilled Fruit

Ingredients
- 2 each peach cut in half and seeded
- 2 each plum cut in half and seeded
- 1 each pineapple peeled, cored, sliced into 1/4-nch thick rings
- 1 each Fresh Lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Clean grill thoroughly and heat to 400 degrees.
- 2. In a large plastic resealable bag or bowl, mix lemon juice, honey and nutmeg.
- 3. Coat the grill with cooking spray and place the fruit directly on the grill.
- 4. Grill for 2 minutes. Turn fruit over and grill for 2-3 minutes longer.
- 5. Remove from grill and serve with yogurt for dipping.
