Ingredients
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon white rum or
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare Italian Meringue.
- Fold 2 cups of whipped cream into 2 cups of Italian meringue, and flavor with 1 tbsp of white rum or 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract. Enough to fill and frost a roulade jelly roll.
