Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 3 tbsp finely chopped celery
- ½ cup finely cut fresh mint leaves
- 3 cups fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 dash salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a skillet. Add the onion and celery and cook for 3 minutes. Add the mint leaves and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
- Remove from the heat and toss with the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter, the crumbs, and salt.
