Ingredients
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 2 tbsp brown rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp arrowroot dissolved in
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon umeboshi paste
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp gomashio
Instructions
- Combine the oil, tamari brown rice syrup, and brown rice vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a slow boil, then add the arrowroot mixture.
- Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, until thick and bubbly, then remove from the heat and let it sit to thicken.
- Combine the umeboshi and miso with warm water to thin. Stir into the tamari mixture and mix until smooth. Add the gomashio and cool.
