Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown rice dry
- 2 cup italian-style diced tomatoes undrained
Instructions
- 1. In a medium sauce pan, bring tomatoes and juice to a boil. Add rice, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for about 30-40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
