Ingredients
- 3 or 4 tbsp of pine-nuts
- butter
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Three or four tablespoons of pine-nuts are very gently heated in butter in the omelette pan until they just barely begin to turn colour.
- Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and make as you would an omelette.
