Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch slices
- Salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Sprinkle the cucumbers lightly with salt and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain.
- Heat the vinegar, sugar and water and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- Add the cucumbers and let the mixture stand for several hours before serving.
