Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 lbs cod fillets
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Wash and dry the codfish.
  • Sprinkle both sides of the fillets with salt, pepper, and sage.
  • Place them in a greased, shallow baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover with sour cream.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350° F.
