Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs cod fillets
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the codfish.
- Sprinkle both sides of the fillets with salt, pepper, and sage.
- Place them in a greased, shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover with sour cream.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350° F.
