Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless trout fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the soy sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper. Preheat the broiler. Coat the trout fillets with the sauce, then place them about 4 inches from the heat. Broil until done, about 10 minutes, basting twice. When done, the fish will flake easily when tested with a fork.
