Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups orange sections chopped fine
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 2 egg whites stiffly beaten
  • Butter for frying

Instructions 

  • Beat the yolks, salt, and honey together, stir in orange sections and flour, and fold in beaten egg whites.
  • Heat butter to cover bottom of skillet.
  • Drop batter by tablespoons. Brown on both sides. Serve hot.
