Ingredients
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 cup diced strawberries cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 cup diced mango cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 2 tbsp minced candied ginger or 2 tsp fresh
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice or to taste
- 2 tbsp packed light-brown sugar or to taste
- 1/2 cup slivered fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a nonreactive mixing bowl and gently toss to mix.
- Correct the seasoning with lime juice or sugar as needed.
- The ingredients can be prepared ahead of time, but do not combine them more than 10 minutes before serving.
