Ingredients
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 small green cabbage cored and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium. Add onion and cook until tender (8-10 minutes).
- 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring often, until cabbage is just tender (11-14 minutes).
