Ingredients
- 2 lb fresh shrimp
- 1 cup coffee-flavored liqueur kahlua
- 1-1/2 cups honey
- 1-1/2 cups lou ana peanut oil
- 20 oz tiger sauce
- 2 tbsp seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoon Garlic cloves peeled, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 oz hot pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- 2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups beef stock
- 3 tablespoon Red bell pepper chopped
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
Instructions
- Combine ingredients for marinade and marinate shrimp for several hours.
- Grill shrimp over charcoal fire with mesquite and hickory wood.
- Heat the Worcestershire sauce, beef stock and red pepper together.
- Add cooked pasta to beef stock.
- Serve shrimp over the angel hair pasta. Garnish with fresh cilantro and grilled tomato.
