Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 lb brussels sprout
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 splash Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. In large frying pan with high sides, heat olive oil to medium heat and sauté chopped onions until tender.
- 2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and saute 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 3. Sprinkle with salt and balsamic vinegar.
