Ingredients
- 6 whole Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pt. mayonnaise with starch
- 1 pinch white pepper to taste
- A 3 drops of lemon juice
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic in the olive oil until golden brown; remove and cool. Add garlic to mayonnaise and purée in a blender. Season with pepper and lemon juice.
